Care

We recommend regularly cleaning your jewellery using a polishing cloth, such as the one provided with your STATEMENT box, and storing each piece individually to avoid any rubbing that could damage their surface. Clean your diamonds with lukewarm water by gently brushing them with a soft brush, then dry them with a soft cloth. Free delivery and returns

Your STATEMENT creations are shipped from Paris accompanied by the purchase invoice and certificate of authenticity.

Worldwide delivery is free of charge; please see the terms and delivery times in our Delivery & Returns section.

For shipments outside the European zone, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of STATEMENT.

For all orders, you benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your parcel, during which you can return your STATEMENT piece. Please consult our return conditions in the Delivery & Returns section.

Guarantees

In accordance with current legal provisions, the product is covered by a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, applicable under normal conditions of use from the date of purchase indicated on the certificate of authenticity or purchase invoice. Beyond this period, any repairs may be carried out by STATEMENT but will be charged accordingly.
