Deliveries and returns
DELIVERY
All orders placed on www.statement.com are processed within 48 hours (for available parts).
Several delivery options are available to you:
• In-store pickup: Orders are generally ready within 4 hours in our store at 1 rue du 29 Juillet - 75001 Paris. We will inform you by email when your order is available on site. To collect it, please bring proof of identity and the confirmation email.
• Courier delivery: same day for all orders placed before 1 p.m. Any delivery within Paris can be made free of charge by our courier service. You must provide full address details and a delivery schedule at the time of purchase.
• Home delivery: We offer delivery via the most suitable carrier depending on the delivery area (Chronopost, DHL or FedEx, etc.)
For international orders, our rates include shipping and customs fees. If the reference is available, we ship your order within 2 to 3 days, but customs checks may delay delivery.
For custom parts, a delay is to be expected and will be indicated to you by email after your purchase.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. You will also be able to track your order in your "My Account / My Orders" area.
All jewelry is insured by us, regardless of the shipping method chosen, until the time of delivery.
RETURNS
For all orders, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your package to return your STATEMENT* part free of charge.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. To avoid damaging the creation when trying it on, we recommend that you try it on carefully.
