“Conviction rather than convention” is the guiding principle of STATEMENT. Behind the Maison, there is a team of women with, for each of them, a unique journey but a common ambition: create a high know-how jewellery with a meaningful aesthetic.
After starting her career working for luxury Maisons, Sophie joined the STATEMENT team as Wholesale Manager. For just over a year now, she has been putting her skills to work to develop STATEMENT's international growth.
What is your position within the team, in a few words?
"I'm responsible for the brand's international sales development. My role is to promote STATEMENT within the watch and jewellery industry and department stores in order to establish it alongside institutional brands.”
What is your belief? The one that guides your life so far.
“My mantra is "Always do better than necessary". This was Mr. Georges-Édouard Piaget's motto, which I discovered at the start of my career. I share this conviction, and today it guides me daily.”
