Founder of the AVEC communications agency, Director of Partnerships at the Naked Heart Foundation and member of the board of the Parsons School in Paris, Alisa brings brands and people closer to the causes that drive them. She is passionate about jewellery, and shares with us her affection for her STATEMENT creations and the universe of the House.

How did you know STATEMENT? 

The brand is very present on social media, so it was hard to miss it! I also have a friend who works for STATEMENT... so I couldn't resist it.

 Which STATEMENT creations do you wear?  

I have several pieces of STATEMENT jewellery: a MY WAY silver ring set with diamonds, STAIRWAY earrings, a necklace, a bracelet and even a piercing!

What was the reason for choosing silver?

When I bought my jewellery, the brand mainly offered silver. I liked that it was different from other jewellery brands. It was a real statement! But I admit to loving gold too, and I'm delighted that the brand is making more gold pieces from now on. I love both, and the jewellery looks very different depending on the metal used, it's impressive!

When you wear those pieces, how do you feel?  

I feel like I'm my real self, and the jewellery complements me perfectly. I'm a very straightforward, direct person, and I think the geometric lines of STATEMENT reflect these traits of my character very well!

How do they evolve over time? 

The jewels live and evolve with me, I wear them very often, the metal takes on a patina, it lives too, it acquires a history, the stories of my daily life... And the diamonds shine as brightly as ever!

 What is your favourite creation? Why? 

My MY WAY ring, I think. It looks like a little shield that shines with a thousand lights. For a warrior, but make it shine!
